By enrolling in and participating in any course offered by SOFLO WHEELIE SCHOOL, you agree to the following terms:

Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that motorcycle operation and stunt activities, including

wheelies, involve significant risks of physical injury or death. These risks

include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, loss of control, mechanical

failure, and environmental hazards.

Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participating in training courses,

whether caused by my actions or the actions of others, including instructors

or other participants.

Release of Liability

I release SOFLO WHEELIE SCHOOL, its instructors, affiliates, employees,

and contractors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained

as a result of my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful

misconduct.

Participant Certification

I will wear appropriate safety gear at all times.

Emergency Authorization

In case of a medical emergency, I authorize Soflo Wheelie School to

obtain treatment deemed necessary for my well-being.
